AMD New Phenom II Processor

AMD added new processor chip “Phenom II” for desktop computer. This new chip code aim for triple-core (X3) and quad-core (X4) to compete with Intel desktop.

As usual, AMD processor priced lower than Intel chip compare peer to peer. The new model uses AMD’s new 45-nanometer technology, fit in eitherĀ  AM2+ or AM3 sockets.

Models available include:

  • AMD Phenom II X4 910 – (2.6GHz)
  • AMD Phenom II X4 810 – (2.6GHz)
  • AMD Phenom II X4 805 – (2.5GHz)
  • AMD Phenom II X3 720 Black Edition – (2.8GHz)
  • AMD Phenom II X3 710 – (2.6GHz)

Hope this chipset integrate into HP tablet PC before I get one. ;)
